How long does design and construction take?
The schedule depends on the site, design complexity, engineering, permitting, and material selections. We discuss those factors during planning and develop a project-specific schedule before construction.
Do you coordinate engineering and permits?
Yes. We coordinate the engineering, permitting, and inspections required for the agreed scope, working with soils engineers, structural specialists, and licensed trades as the project requires.
How much does a custom pool cost?
Each project is priced individually. Size, access, site conditions, structural requirements, finishes, and outdoor living features all affect the investment. A consultation helps define a realistic scope and budget.
Do you offer repair and ongoing care?
Yes. Portfolio Pools also offers residential pool equipment repair and ongoing care. Contact us with your location and the work needed so we can discuss the appropriate service.
